Modifying Your Order

We are unable to modify or cancel an order once it has been processed. You may email Customer Service at shopbrooklynstone@gmail.com for information about the status of you order. 

P.O. Box Addresses and APO's

Due to shipper restrictions, shipping is not available for P.O. Box addresses or APO's.

International Orders

Unfortunately, Brooklyn Stone Boutique does not ship internationally yet.

Out of Stock Items

Because we are a boutique, our inventory is very limited and exclusive - especially vintage and thrift items. Brooklyn Stone Boutique strives to provide our customers with fresh new products. Certain custom and vintage items may be one of a kind. If an item is not found online, then it is out of stock. You may contact Customer Service to inquire about our Personal Shopping Services at brooklynstoneboutique@gmail.com.

Return Policy

You may request a refund for regular purchased items within 3 days of order delivery. Please email Customer Service at shopbrooklynstone@gmail.com for a RA (return authorization) number. The customer is responsible for return shipping and handling fees. Brooklyn Stone Boutique reserves the right to not honor any refund requests made after 3 days of order delivery.

Once given a RA number, the item(s) must be returned in the same condition as received.  If there are signs of wear, damage, or defect, you will not be refunded for your purchase. Returned items must be received by Brooklyn Stone Boutique within 4 days of issuing a RA number. We will not offer a refund for items received after the 4th day. 

**All sale, promotional, custom, vintage, thrift and discount items are FINAL SALE - no refund or exchange.
